A pilot who was allegedly drunk has been arrested after touchdown a small plane on a freeway as he apparently ran out of gas.
John Seesing, 35, was flying a Piper Cherokee single-engine plane towards Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas Metropolis when was compelled to make an emergency touchdown on Interstate 70, in line with the Missouri State Freeway Patrol.
Seesing, who was touring from Florida to Missouri, radioed in earlier than touching down and hitting a guardrail. He suffered minor accidents and was the one passenger on board, and didn’t hit any autos.
