Love Island bosses have shot down studies of producer interference after the most recent recoupling prompted a significant shake-up within the villa.
Earlier this week, newcomer Danica Taylor was given the choice of selecting one of many boys to pair up with, choosing Luca Bish, who was already coupled with Gemma Owen on the time.
After the episode aired, the Daily Mail printed an article claiming that Danica had been inspired to decide on Luca by the present’s manufacturing workforce to “stir the pot”.
They cited a supposed “present insider”, who stated that Danica had “plotted with producers to create a brand new and dramatic storyline”.
Nevertheless, an ITV rep has insisted this isn’t the case.
“This isn’t true,” a spokesperson stated. “The opinions the islanders have, selections they make and the relationships shaped are utterly inside the management of the Islanders.”
Previous to coming into the villa on the weekend, Danica made it clear she would had no points with stepping on anybody’s toes inside the villa.
“I’m a really confident girl,” the dancer revealed. “I do know myself, I do know what I carry to the desk and there are gorgeous ladies in that villa however I again myself.
“There’s clearly going to be competitors as a result of there are guys in there that I like which can be already considering different ladies however I’ve no concern that I received’t have the ability to flip heads and I’m pleased to step on a couple of toes.”
